Using A Walker In January, Now Going For Daily Walks!
Fasting: Made it through three days and so far. Day four is just as easy as yesterday. I am going for seven. PT exercises are getting more challenging, but I am still plugging along. Fasting is way easier than I ever imagined and will be adding this to my lifestyle for sure. DLG workouts still going and added walking 3/4 mile most days. Hopefully can build up to 2-3 times daily. Not bad given I was using a walker in January. We are the solution!
