Hello everyone and welcome new comers. I have been here since July. I am down 22 pounds. I am 61. I had tried everything to get that weight off. I also suffer from really bad insomnia. The DLG lifestyle has been perfect for me. Traveled a lot over the course of the last several months and still managed to lose weight. Packed up all my goodies and took them with me everywhere I went. This lifestyle works. It is safe and it is healthy and I am excited to be starting another crew with DLG and all of you.
