This Lifestyle Has Helped Me Feel Better! I'm Happier And I'm More Active!
Hello everyone, it's been a few months since I've posted. I've been here since crew 30 but I just watched and learned everything thing I could before starting a challenge. In crew 32 I lost 23lbs from 211lbs. I was able to maintain that weight but in April of this year my AlC was at 7.3, had high cholesterol and my liver enzymes were high too.My Doctor wanted me on Metformin, and some kind of cholesterol med but I sad no. Since then I've lost 38lbs, I do need to complete a challenge or the three challenges still. But, my A1C is now at a 5.8 and my liver enzymes are normal now too. I will not know anything about my cholesterol until next year sometime. I have Iost 6" from my waist and hips, lost a cups size in my chest and 2" around my arms and legs. The one thing I have done to help get my BS in control is a glucose monitor. This has helped me understand what foods effect my BS the most. In the beginning I was expressing dawn phenomenon in the early morning hours between 3am and 9am. It was suggested by DLG to take the Hormone supplement which I did and that is what helped me with the dawn phenomenon and exercising too. I was already take DLG supplements D3, omega+turmeric, cholesterol support, collagen and the greens. Drinking half my body weight and the energize, and more. This lifestyle has helped me feel much better, I'm happier and I'm more active. I do my best to eat healthy everyday but I don't always. My goal now is to get back to doing my daily life style and make it my life rather than learning a new habit. I have 25lbs more lost to reach my goal weight at 125lbs and I'm currently 150lbs and maybe a few more after that. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences and your lifestyle. Good luck to all the 1%ers out there.
