I've been sitting in the sidelines for the last few weeks just reading posts and absorbing everything as this is my first crew. I have to say that this is the most positive and supportive group that I've been a part of, so thank you to everyone!
This is the first day in a long while I've woken up before my alarm clock and ready to go. I have to say the biggest win though, is my first thought this morning was "YAY it's Wednesday!" My typical thought would be "Oh no, it's only Wednesday." Self sabotage has been big in my world with not only what I put in my mouth but the negative self talk I've had for the majority of my life. So, thank you so much for making me feel welcome and encouraged in this group. I love and appreciate vou all! Have a beautiful day everyone!
