The Scale Has Been Brutally Honest, But This Time In A Good Way!

I DID IT! I got out of the 140's!! When I started in crew 44, I weighed in at 157.6. 18 lbs peeps! Woop woop! I can't help to think of the old saying, " the scale doesn't lie" until right now it's been brutally honest not in a good way. I'm beyond grateful to #DLG, #NLG, #support and of course my crew for giving me the tools, guidance and encouragement I needed. I am forever thankful!
