The Changes I Have Made Are Working!
#Coach, and anyone of you wants to read this Newsflash! I started watching DLG's YouTube videos months ago.I started then to cut out anything with wheat flour, oatmeal, processed foods, sugar this was hard. Was so hungry at first, but I kept at it. I was then at 160 lbs. when I joined crew 55 right before the coffee challenge started. I watched more of his videos and I cut out that oils.I think as down to 150 doing this. And starting at the beginning I watched his videos on intermittent fasting working my way up to a 16 hour fast. I am doing that for the last two months. Coffee really helps. I also drinking lemon water, sometimes with ginger or even add cayenne pepper, all three. Now today I just decided to check. I really didn't think I lost any. You know he plateau you get to when you first start losing weight. But to my surprise, today I am weighing in at 146 to 147 Ibs. Wow I surprised myself! I see my body is showing sign of less weight, like in the face and neck, my lower legs, arms are getting flabby, my upper back I am not noticing the feeling I used to thing something was crawling on me. But it was that. the crease of fat around my shoulder blade. The fat is less. But my stomach is still there it may be flatter, but this is where exercise is going to come in. Anyhow, I am so excited. The changes I have made are working #DoctorLivingGood the things you are showing us and all the videos, l am really, actually enjoying everything, the lives. Even if I miss them.The community too, even though I am a very private person. Im learning to share. Thank you all.
