Wow! I can't believe I can do this! I did 42 hours for Crew 41 and 46 hours for Crew 42. I was going to stop at 72 hours, but when I saw that the next "level" at 72 hours of what your body is doing is cleaning up old immune cells, well I just had to keep going! This is great!! I have serious autoimmune issues, BUT my future keeps looking better! Thank you, DL!
