I haven't posted much lately but I just wanted to say my eye doctor was impressed with my number that shows the level of essential vitamins needed for good eye health. The test consisted of a scan of a finger, much like a digital fingerprint scanner, when I told him what I was doing with the greens powder he was like well just keep doing what you're doing. My numbers were almost double of the average person, thanks Dr. Livingood!
