Scale Is Moving Down, My Clothes Fit Much Better, And Energy Is Up!
I started in Crew 47 and with 1% progress am seeing good changes. Walking without losing my breath, the scale is moving down, my clothes fit much more comfortably, acid reflux is so much less, energy is way up. I plan to continue this lifestyle and my progress into the foreseeable future!
