Quit Sugar, Joint Pain Is Gone, And I Love This Group!
I don't remember which crew I joined but got more serious this JULY when I was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctor wanted to put me on statins, never filled prescription. I quit sugar and began eating a keto/low carb diet. I've lost 18.5lbs and want to lose 40-50lbs. My joint pain is gone. My blood sugar went from 125-103 in the mornings. It's going in the right direction but I still have work to do. I recently added fasting 14 hours and eating 10 hours which seems to have kicked me out of my stall. Love this Group! Stay Strong. We can do this!
