I finished week one really strong. Proud of myself. I've been doing DLG for a couple years now, but just needed a rebooting. Implementing intermittent fasting, green powder, and ACV, vitamin C in the afternoon. Start each morning with energized in my water. Meal planning and cooking meals out of make food simple book. Lost 4 Ibs and since I have less belly bloating, feel three months pregnant instead of six months pregnant. Lol. Did five days of 10 minute workout, and walked two days. Looking forward to week two of this crew. Be blessed and have a good week.
