My Body Is Stronger!

Two years between these photos. Started my journey to health just over a year ago. Same overdress but it is sagging on me now and was tight then. I'm fitting into sizes I haven't worn in decades! The pain and swelling that encompassed my whole being are all but gone. I still have more of this journey to travel but I love it! I am daily amazed at what my body can do and I feel terrific! The scales haven't moved in awhile, but my body is stronger and my clothes keep getting too big! Keep going! 1% at a time!
