I don't take many pictures of myself just because I am always the person taking the pictures.I started my weight loss journey 3 years ago. First it was a struggle to stop drinking soda. Then I stopped eating sugar. Then 2 years ago I found Dr Livingood on Facebook and joined the challenges. It has definitely been a challenge. Some months are harder than others to stay on track. This is the first time I have ever posted or shown pictures of my journey. Thank you so
much Dr. Livingood for caring about our health! I still have a ways to go but I am feeling so much better. I have more energy and my inflammation has almost disappeared!
