As I just turned 80, I am finishing Crew 42 with moderate success, achieving half my weight loss goal, emptying my pantry of junk food, learning what to purchase and how to cook differently. Have greatly reduced my craving for sweets and baked goods. Need to a lot a DAILY time slot for the exercise routine, which I like doing. Nice variety of exercises with leaders clearly demonstrating the moves. Love having DLG as our coach and cheerleader. And I'll try to start writing in the book my progress and daily activities accomplished. Going to unveil the natural body God gave me which I've hidden due to my uncontrolled cravings, repent and turn away from that lifestyle.
