This crew, I really focused on food, I still have a lot of work to do but I finally understand what I should and shouldn't eat. It feels good to be eating for my health instead of to lose weight and it makes your body feel different. And the education provided in this group has helped me to change my mind set so I don't feel like I'm missing out. I feel like this is something sustainable, it will help live the life I envision.
In my next challenge, I want to focus more on getting the workouts done and continue in to watch the videos because I feel like there's so much to take away my successes of this program so far, happen losing almost 20 pounds. And 10 inches. I feel a lot better in my clothes, my husband told me I've stopped snoring and I can easily get my wedding rings on and off again (I was getting nervous I would have to cut them). I am thankful for this group and coaches have helped me tremendously on this journey! See you in Crew 53!
