I've Lost 20 Ibs And Reduced My Meds And Pain!
Hi! I started in crew24 and I'm now a lifetime member. I'm 59 years old for a couple more months. I've lost 20 Ibs and reduced my meds and my pain! Not a miraculous number but I'm thankful for continuing movement in the right direction. If I were faithful to the lifestyle I would be at my goal! It's a journey to better health and I'm happy to be on the journey with you!
