It's A Win!
Kinda been just taking in the last 2 crews and observing.. but was conscious last week of the amount of food and making more organic/better food choices and doing intermittent fasting. Trying not to focus on the scale but happily Down 6 lbs in the first week of the year. It's a win I will take! Thanks for the great group Dr. Livingood and team.
