I'm So Glad I Found Dr. Livingood!

I'm so glad I found Dr. Livingood and the whole group. In the last 2 to 2 1/2 years l've lost over 200 pounds was not able to walk hardly at all. I have severe degenerative osteoarthritis, lymphedema, thyroid, and type two diabetes. And of course, along with that goes many medication since being on many of the supplements, especially the omega turmeric. I have quit one of my medication's for pain getting ready to quit another one soon. When I see my doctor next month, I will tell her I want to go off my prescription medicines. I'm doing lifestyle. My blood sugar levels have stayed in the 90s this past month. One year my A1c went from 15 down to 6. I praise God for that. Definitely will be continuing this lifestyle. I love the greens, collagen plus, all the other supplements. I just thank God that I found you guys. I appreciate the support the encouragement. So let's all keep doing our 1%. That's all keep on keeping on and have a good day while we're at it. We might as well we won't be getting it back.
