I'm Excited To Continue My Journey With Better Health
Hello, all of you starting in crew 51! I am excited to continue my journey with better health and weight loss. I started in crew 42 and I'm off all medications, except for two eyedrops that I take for my eye pressure. I lost a total of 82 pounds and I know I have lost inches but not sure how many I can tell by the fit in my clothes. I was wearing 3X and some 4X in tops and pants were one 1 X and some 2x and now I am wearing an extra large and top and a large in pants. I bought a size 16 jeans and I need to take them back and get a 14. since I fractured my shoulder at six weeks ago, I haven't been able to do a lot of exercise so hopefully I can start that up again in this next challenge. Here's two better HEALTH 1% a day !!! Now let's do this!!
