Well, one year ago in April, I jumped on to the LVG Crews (Crew 32). My doctor had just warned me (for the umpteenth time): "you need to take a statin drug - you're at risk". I told him (please) give me one more chance. Well, yesterday was my annual checkup. My cholesterol back then: 245, my LDL: 140, my A1C: 5.7 (pre-diabetic). Yesterday, he noticed that back in October, (already), my cholesterol dropped to 189, LDL dropped to 111, and A1C is normal, no
more pre-diabetic. He said that on my next blood test, the numbers are probably even better. He told me that "I'm the healthiest person he has seen all day". I'm 76 and feel like 46. He said I "get the lollipop"I told him I don't eat sugar anymore. We laughed as he gave me a virtual lollipop.
