I'll Be A Member Until The End!
I'm 68. Started DLG in Crew 31. I have lost over 70#, blood pressure is well within the normal range, I no longer do daily finger sticks because all my readings are normal, I no longer have heart flutters, I no longer have heart burn, and I am now able to take several flights of stairs with absolute ease. I'll be a member until the end. Thanks to the family DLG and the coaches. You are all true blessings.
