I Plan To Renew For Another Year In December, It's My Christmas Present To Myself!
 If I want to keep repeating the blood pressure and cholesterol 21 day challenges, do I start back at day 1 or continue taking the doses of supplements and other recommendations suggested for days 16-23? I've done so well on the blood pressure challenge, I'm completely off the beta blocker I was put on years ago for white coat hypertension. I feel great, I've lost some more weight (about 1/2 pound per week), I'll be down to my target weight by my 64th birthday in April if I continue on this lifestyle choice. I'm sleeping through the night without any more menopause night sweats. I'm doing workout videos 6 days per week, but will do outside fitness walking or hiking rail trails when the weather is nice outside. I can't wait to see what my family physician has to say when I show him my average blood pressures l've maintained while enrolled in this program. I plan to renew for another year in December. It's my christmas present to myself.
