I No Longer Have Bloating After Eating!
This is my first challenge and am loving it! I've lost 4 Ibs. I no longer have bloating after eating! I'm doing the following: Taking Omegas and Turmeric, Detox and the Liver/Gall Bladder support, Vitamin D, Using grass fed butter in my decaf coffee with Collagen +multi I've noticed my nostrils are clear and no longer plugged! Stools are different/weird so I assume it's the detox I'm doing well with my water and hit the target of 1/2 my body weight in oz.
