My name is Tami S. Crew 56 is my second crew. I love this lifestyle change! I really enjoy the upbeat, positive, faith based, atmosphere! I did not follow Crew 55 100%, but I definitely did 1% and much more! My thinking, behaviors, and weight have all changed for the better. My goal in Crew 56 is to stay committed EVERY DAY!
