I Love This Community And Am Excited To See What Else Is To Come!
Raquel here I’m 28 years old and just completed my first living good challenge. I am so excited about what I’ve learned and so excited to learn more. Going into this challenge I was really defeated not being able to lose weight, I was struggling with sleep, and pain in multiple area.! I’m so thankful and happy to day ALL areas have improved GREATLY.! People have been asking me this past week what I’ve been doing because they can see the changes.! I also have been sleeping through the night which is something I thought I would NEVER SAY.!!! May pain has also subsided, the 10 minute workouts have been so great. I was running my body to the ground before and still not getting results so I’m happy to be in less pain and still being active! I love this community so much and am excited to see what else is to come.
