I Haven't Seen These Scale Numbers Since The Last Century
Here is what I love about this lifestyle. I hit my goal weight (down 20lb. since mid-March, Crew#43) a couple of weeks ago. Haven't been on the scale much. Basically doing rotational fasting most days, smoothie meal replacement most days and a normal dinner. Faithful in the 10 minute workout with abs. There have been lots of vacation meals and a couple of splurges. Got on the scale and am down 2 more pounds. The disciple of the protocol (lifestyle) keeps us going in the right direction. Yay!!! Just thankful for team DLG that I have my life back. I haven't seen these scale numbers since the last century.
