I Have More Energy Than I've Had In Years!

64 y/o mother/MawMaw raising two grandchildren. Joined my second crew because I was late starting the first one and never caught up with the videos, lol. I have 3 autoimmune diseases; the last I was diagnosed with was Myasthenia Gravis a year and a half ago and had a crisis right away the first year. This one has been kicking my butt ever since to the point that I've been in the hospital more than out last vear. I'm on Pyridostigmine and steroids for the MG, Eliquis for blood clots, furosemide, Topiramate, thyroid medication, Esomeprozole, Singulair for asthma and several supplements. I no longer take the blood pressure pill I was on or the bladder control medicine, thanks to following Dr. Livingood's lifestyle and the challenges. I have replaced my Amazon supplements with DL supplements and I've noticed a big difference already! I have more energy than I've had in years. And I cleaned both filters and the pumps and fixed one for our Koi pond. This has not been done in over a year! This was some undertaking and I did it by myself! I would have never been able to accomplish this if I had not made the changes I did following Dr. Livingood's lifestyle! I felt so proud of myself! The products I am using are the Livingood Daily Coffee with Moringa, which is now my favorite coffee, the Collagen Plus, the Greens, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Omegas and Turmeric, Thyroid Support and the Silver Serum. These have helped my blood work get to the normal range so my doctor doesn't bother me to go on statin drugs anymore. And I'm off my blood pressure medicine now and my blood pressure has been normal lately. My blood glucose has been great! I've also been able to get off the bladder control drugs I'm thrilled with my new energy level and that I'm able to do so much more than I could do a few months ago! I am also down 10 lbs now.
