I Feel So Much Better These Days With More Energy And Clarity Of Mind!!

I'm Andrea from Illinois! l will be 79 next month, I'm a retired RN and widowed in 1999. I saw DLG on Facebook and joined Crew 9, almost 3 years ago. Now I'm a "Lifer". I was overweight, had brain fog, low energy and diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease. I was on meds for high BP, hypothyroidism, a statin, which I had refused for many years, a water pill and potassium. I have cut the sugars and bad oils , drink 1/2 my weight in oz of water, do 10 min exercises 6-7 days a week, and walk on my rebounder everyday. My BP med and water pill have been cut to 1/2 the dose, I'm off the statin and I'm down 35-40 lbs. I feel so much better these days with much more energy and clarity of mind!!
