I Do Feel So Much Better: Mind, Body, Spirit, And Soul.

This is my 4th challenge! I can't believe it. I do feel so much better: mind, body, spirit, and soul. I am positive that I was led by God to the Challenge and Dr. Livingood & Family. One of these days I will find pictures and tell a tale! Right now, I just want to express my gratitude to this "ministry" and how it has helped me to learn that I am important enough to take care of first so I can help others more.
