I Can Now Do Plank Ups And Burpees!
Feeling accomplished. After 10 months of challenges and 50lbs lighter I have finally accomplished the Plank ups and Burpees to the full extent. I've always substituted a different exercise due to an injury. Well I gave it a whirl in todays 10 min and low and behold I did it! I felt pretty strong and had no issues with my previous injury. Persistence and DON'T GIVE UP! Keep listening to DLG. Subscribe to all his YouTube videos, his helpful classes he offers and you too can do this! Life is good.
