I Am So Amazed At This And Will Do The Rotational Fasting In The Next Crew!

OMG I have never fasted before in my life and I was able to fast for 91 hours before I broke my fast today. It was amazing. Only a couple of times I was hungry but that left in a hurry!!. I was so alert and had energy. When I told my daughter that I was fasting after two days she thought I was crazy and was worried I was gonna pass out!!. I am so amazed at this. I lost 4 pounds too. Gonna do the rotational fasting in the next crew!
