I Am Sleeping More Soundly And Not Waking As Much!
Just wanting to report that I am on Day 2. I have been eating the plan (or as close as I can, given the food available) and doing the Daily exercise and listening to the Daily training. I actually started by Fasting for 3 days with my sister, who then decided to go out to eat, so I blew it that night, but the next day I jumped in with Dr. Livingood. I am so thankful to have a such a total program set up. But back to the report ... I then started doing food/exercise (after the fast, blowing it) and about 7 days later found I lost 8 pounds. I had not lost any weight in years, and my weight has been slowly creeping up. Also, after a few days, I saw that I was sleeping more soundly and not waking as much.
