I Am Off My Blood Pressure Medication
I started to the rotational fasting Friday after Thanksgiving. Have been on the collagen, vitamins and cutting out the gluten foods and most sugars. I have lost 5 pounds but the best part is I have gotten off my blood pressure medication. I still take the Ambien for sleeping but working on getting off of it too! I love the foods I have made with the cookbook from you'll! Am cooking a couple more recipes this week. Wanting to lose more weight. Will come with time and dedication to the program!
