October of 2022 my son's wedding at my heaviest weight. Sunday June 11, 2023 my son's baby shower. Joined in February crew 41. 20 pound weight loss. I am out of obese on the BMI scale into overweight on the BMI scale. My first goal is 9 pounds away. My second goal is 19 pounds away. I am off my Hormone replacement creams. I am off my antidepressant and anxiety meds. No more feeling like I am going to jump put of my skin even on medication. No more heart palpitations. No more borderline diabetes, borderline high BP, or borderline high
cholesterol (I would not start meds for these borderline conditions). My free T3 and T4 (thyroid) are finally in the normal range. I finally do not mind my picture taken.
