I Am In Total Control Of My Health, And My Mindset
Hey there crew! I've enjoyed reading all your successes!! Love these crews so much! I've been taking the reins on my health so consistently but haven't checked in for awhile! School got out and I am getting to work! Doubled all of my typical workouts daily and have been eating super healthy. Down a total of 62 pounds and size 18 to 10. More importantly, I am in total control of my health, and my mindset. I am not an exercise at night person but I took off for an evening walk last night with one goal, to show all the huge hills in my neighborhood that I can do it. So I tackled both hills with huge inclined not once but twice last night....haha and I even talked to them while I did sore this morning but rocked that workout anyway. I love that this lifestyle has empowered me so much, the weight is a byproduct of health, physically and mentally.
