I Am The Solution. And So Are You!

I Am The Solution. And So Are You! I Am The Solution. And So Are You!
Hi newbies. I want to introduce myself and share a photo of my supportive Hubby and me. One from 2018. The other from a couple of months ago. I've been with these crews since #17. Wow 30 crews ago. In that time I've lost 85 lbs (plateauing lately because I believe I'm building muscle. I've cut my BP and thyroid meds in half, am no longer pre diabetic and sugar levels are excellent. And my Sean has lost 20 and is at goal. But more importantly, he no longer needs Tums every night. We eat very clean but we do enjoy socializing and eating out. So we are always thinking about bad, good, better, best choices to make with each circumstance. And we NEVER feel guilty for enjoying a vacation meal or treat. I've enjoyed our year in AZ but am ready to be back home in MA with my family. I started doing water weights here almost every other day. The best thing I ever started with all of my arthritic limbs and bad knees. Gotta figure out how to continue once we get back to the 4 seasons of MA. We still make many recipes from DL. Can't beat the chicken broccoli, black bean brownies, cheddar biscuits, Brussels sprouts Asian salad to name a few. But we also have found a lot of other clean sites to keep us going. I highly recommend All Day I Dream About Food. And when she calls for whey powder, I just use DLG vanilla collagen. I cud go on and on (like sometimes I do in people's comments lol). I am the solution. And so are you
