Feeling Much Better The DLG Way!
Hi. I'm Lois. I'm finishing the challenge from Crew # 52 and looking forward to Crew # 53! This plan is great for me. I feel much better. It is easier to walk up a flight of stairs. I do not get "hangry" thanks in part with eating the DLG way. My husband even likes what I cook. I only cook now the DLG way, We had the stuffed peppers tonight. He loves them! He has type 2 diabetes. His blood sugar level has been trending downward since we have been eating better. I have lost almost 10 Ibs! I'm in it to win it. Good luck to evervone!
