Everyone Here Is Amazing, The Most Supportive Group I've Seen.
Hi! I've been around for many crews. I am 66 yrs old and currently weigh 178. I've dropped 40Ibs and cut out prescription drugs for depression, anxiety, blood pressure and diabetes 2. My goal now is to cut out my cholesterol prescription, clear up skin rashes and work towards dropping another 50Ibs. I've stayed mostly in the background, watching everyone's progress. Everyone here is amazing! One of the most supportive groups I've seen. I plan to be more involved in crew 50!
