Down Pounds And Inches! Slow And Steady Wins The Race!
Slow and steady wins the race. I am loving this lifestyle! In 3 weeks I'm down 5.6 pounds, lost 1/2 inch in my chest, 1/2 inch in my waist. I didn't take other "before" measurements so can't compare. I did measure today for future reference. This isn't a plan you "go on" and stop it's a lifestyle! I'm grateful to have found it. I love eating this way!
