Down Another 12lbs Since My Last Visit And My BP Was Perfect!
I haven't been as visible in Crew 49, but I want to share that I visited my endocrinologist today and the first thing she said after 6 months was, "It looks like you have made more progress with your healthier lifestyle! Congratulations!" I am down another 12 lbs since our last visit and my bp was perfect. Thank you Dr. Livingood for a wonderful way to live and for this support group of like- minded folks and coaches!
