What a difference a year makes! DLG lifestyle has changed my life
for the better. 12/2021: 240 lbs, 50 mg bp meds, high cholesterol, A1C 6.8, no energy, little hope things would improve. 12/2022: 207 Ibs, 25 mg bp med, cholesterol on track, A1C 4.0, lots more energy! Full of hope I can keep improving my health. I'Il be 66 yrs old in January. So thankful for DLG, Nurse Jessica and this group.
