DLG Has Helped Refocus On The Important Changes Needed.
Hey all - just wanted to encourage anyone that struggles with the whole process of making better choices. The first picture below is me at my worst (296). After years of work (and thankfully finding DL), the 2nd pic is me at my current 209. I've still got a long way to go but DLG has helped the past six months really refocus on the important changes needed. Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done. You CAN make the changes that will help you live again!
