Ditched The Nighttime Sleeping Meds, Blood Pressure Meds, and Dropped 24lbs!!

Hello everyone! I'm 61 and have been following the livingood daily lifestyle challenges since crew 25. I ditched the nighttime sleeping meds and blood pressure meds. Dropped 24 pounds and I'm working out almost everyday. It's been a life changer for me. Still making 1% changes everyday. Health is Wealth!
