Just completed my first 3 Day Fast, can't believe it's taken me 70+ years to figure this out. Since Crew 52 has started, I have dropped 15 lbs. Cut out the sugars, do the 10 minute workouts then hit the gym to get in some weight training. Thanks for all the great information!
