Just wanted to share my good news in hopes it motivates some of you. I met with my doctor today to discuss the results of my medical tests. Extensive Bloodwork, kidney, liver, blood sugar, thyroid, heart, BP, cholesterol, etc. plus mammogram. ALL test were NORMAL! The doctor said he hadn't seen these great results from even his younger patients, including himself!!! I'm 72!!! I started DLG last March. Had fatty liver, pre diabetic, struggles with getting thyroid stable, beginning cholesterol issues, terrible arthritis pain in hips...on and on. NOW ALL PAIN IS GONE AND I'M 38 POUNDS LIGHTER. ALL MEDICAL ISSUES RESOLVED OR STABLIZED. I want to lose 25 more pounds and keep up the DLG lifestyle. Jump in folks and enjoy the results no matter your age. My only regret is not finding DLG years ago!! Hope this encourages you!
