After 2 Months l've Lost 20lbs And My A1C Today Was 6.2.
I'm a little excited. In April I went to Doctor wasn't feeling well. A1C was 10.1. The end of May with my cousins encouragement I started to look more at The Livingood way of life. Thank goodness I did. Today is just about 2 months l've lost 20 pounds and my A1C today was 6.2.
