Accountability is key!
Hi! I'm from group #53, I joined because I'm still working on my goal of losing weight, getting stronger and learning with all of you as I go! My challenge to myself this challenge is to do the workouts every day! My hubby and I have a few pieces of equipment and have decided to do 30 minutes of exercise everyday, together. Accountability is key! I wish you all well! I'm down 5 pounds and 3". I want to double that this month!
