A1C Down To 6.5 From 9.2!

Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took...well 2 photos.
Left is before I met Dr. Livingood. The right is about 3 months ago! Been around
since crew 11. I work on that 1% and it works. Type 2 diabetic with an A1C of 9.2.
Got down to 6.5. I still have a ways to go. Off bp meds...off 2 pills for kidneys.
Gonna keep going! 1% at a time!
