86 Years Young, I Still Drive, Do Yard Work, & Ride My Exercise Bike Thanks To DLG

Took weight off slowly, lost a little over 30 lbs. For more than a year for the most part, I have quit eating white potatoes and white bread. Hardly ever eat wheat bread. Started using coconut and olive oils, eat chicken, fish, and only ground beef once in a while, eat a lot of veggies, and drink smoothies for my breakfast. I include moringa, and other greens. I use collagen and three of DL supplements daily. In a few days I will be 86 years young. Oh yes, and also brought my A1C down to 5. Triglycerides 79. I still drive, do a little yard work, ride my exercise bike. Started with the challenges with Crew 24. Thank you DLG, Coaches, & Jessica Livingood for all the hours you have given so we can continue learning every dav!!!
