l am so grateful for DLG and Nurse Livingood for their patient reminders and many lessons to improve our health. The challenge groups are safe for questions, suggestions and encouragement. As I look back on my first full year of participating in challenges, I can see progress. At the beginning for the 10 minute workouts, 10 seconds was not enough time to get down or back up from the floor to do the next exercise! Now, I can get up and down quickly. I thought I knew how and what to eat to maintain and build health. Now I know that the quality of the foods makes a huge difference, the amount I eat and when l eat all have an impact on me. Congratulations to all who are on this journey. Learning takes time and making the changes is a gradual process. Be patient with yourselves and keep doing your best each day!
